The book, Keys to Living Joyfully, was born out of a heartfelt desire to share the keys that lead to living a transformational life. Ms. Hoff is a personal and executive coach working with individuals, small businesses, and corporations. Her words on faith are derived from her own Christian walk and spiritual self-discoveries. Her action steps are a mix of faith. love, leadership skills, and management experience. Chapters include topics such as: Is your heart thinking right? And how to tap into intrinsic motivation. This book, Keys to Living Joyfully, offers the techniques and insights that move people towards more peace, joy, energy, and passion in everyday life.

We all have good days and bad, ups and downs in our lives.  Some of us are able to push through and realize that each day is something that shouldn’t be taken for granted, but others struggle with this and need a reminder that you have to live each day to the fullest because you can’t change the past.  That is exactly who this book is written for (although I believe most people would be able to find it beneficial in one way or another).

I admit that I have not read a lot of books that deal with this – I learned long ago that each day is to be savored.  That’s not saying that I have the answers, not by a long shot.  But, what I did like about this book is that you were talking to someone that had suffered a tragic loss in their life and had actually gone through the exercises/steps herself.  This made it much more believable and knowing that these had worked for her I think will make it easier for others to pick this book up and use it as a means to find joy again, if it is lacking.
